You can find Muffled arms as loot, but this is a bug. Misc mods that are available to both arms and legs can be swapped. The detonation distance can be varied to either explode on impact or before the rounds reach the target creating. The MAC fires canister rounds loaded with multiple Flechettes. Material mods can't be swapped between arms and legs, even though they cost the same and provide the same bonuses. This logo was similar to the SharePoint Workspace logo before it was changed. People do make comment on this, but nobody care. Captain Larsen only show up when i finish the attack by myself. Is that happen to everyone I found this video. When I reach there, I cannot see any Brotherhood team.
Note: Due to the way the data files are structured, there are only six basic FormIDs for use with the console: 0011e2c8 (helmet), 0011d3c3 (chest), 0011d3c7 (left arm), 0011d3c6 (right arm), 0011d3c5 (left leg), and 0011d3c4 (right leg). I talked to Captain Larsen and confirm to assault Acadia. If you’re in need of some serious firepower, armor, weapons, and stimpaks, you should definitely visit these traders. In addition, he also sells other greatly modified weapons. Not only that he sells a unique variant of the handmade rifle, the Splattercannon, which increases damage with each consecutive hit on a target. 
If you reach level 30 and go to Nuka World, you can buy amazing weapons and ammo including the handmade rifle. He sells really high-end stuff earlier than any trader. Aaron Corbett in Nuka World is probably the best trader you can find in the game including all the DLCs.
